List of Symbols
Our custom symbols are made by replacing textures of certain kanji. These are all Unicode characters ranging from U+9700 to U+97FF, so the textures are stored in assets/minecraft/textures/font/unicode_page_97.png (opens in a new tab).
The characters follow a hexadecimal numeral system, starting from 00 at the top left on the sheet, all the way to FF on the bottom right of the sheet. The sixth symbol on the sheet, the Red Lotus emblem, will thus be U+9705.
These Unicode values can easily be converted to their corresponding characters using some online tools. The kanji can be used almost everywhere in-game. However, when dealing with plugin configuration files, you will nearly always have to escape the characters, as using kanji in configuration files will usually result in errors. YAML escape sequences start with \, and are only interpreted in double-quoted scalars ("…").
You can use the tables below to easily find the right kanji or escape sequence for all of our custom symbols.
